Rachel graduated from Penn Commercial's Cosmetology program in 2012 and Penn Commercial's Cosmetology Instructor program in 2013. Since then, she has been doing hair in Washington, PA. During her career, she has worked as a brand educator for Wella, Sebastian, and Nixon. She specializes in advanced coloring techniques as well as tape-in and hand tied hair extensions.
