Cancellation Policy

A card will be required to be added to your client profile at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if necessary to fulfill our cancelation/no-show policies, and for contactless payments.

 

Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment. This fee will be charged to the card on file at the time of cancelation. Any appointment that a client does not arrive for, or arrives more than 15 minutes late for, will be considered a “no-show” and will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service total for their appointment. 

This fee will be charged to the card on file 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time.
